A pioneering director of the National Working at Heights Association (WAHA), Brendan's dedicated over eighteen years to reviewing, designing, and managing building maintenance access and height safety systems for the built environment.
He specialises in the design and project management of risk management solutions that combine architectural, engineering, and specialised equipment design disciplines.
Brendan obtained Diplomas in Project Management, Builders Registration, Architectural Building Design and Drafting and holds current IRATA certification as a rope access technician.

Tay is graduate of architecture with a Master’s Degree from Curtin University. He's worked in the building and construction industry for over seven years. His professional experience covers a wide variety of projects including, commercial, residential, health, retail, and education.
Tay’s background in design coupled with industry experience makes for a unique technical skillset adapted to create enormous value in the access safety industry.
Scott is a design and drafting professional with 10+ years’ experience. Scott has a diverse background working across commercial, residential and infrastructure projects in Australia.
His transferrable skills have been reinforced with industry-based training to scale his capacity as an access safety technician.
